  • "Sam and Audrey were excellent and easy to work with. Harley Davidson offers a promotion for military to get reimbursed for taking a qualified motorcycle safety course. The reimbursement is with a Harley gift card. My wife was the first to approach them with this promotion and they worked very hard over several days dealing with Harley Corporate to figure out how to handle the promotion. In the end they worked everything out and got her the gift card and she used it to purchase new boots that she loves. When I am in the market for a new bike I would definitely come see them. If they work that hard to get you a small gift card they really have to be great when your spending thousands of dollars. Thank you for taking care of my wife and being friendly through the process."

  • "I originally bought my bike from another dealer in Dover but will not go back anymore. The Dover dealership tries to get every last penny out of the customer and runs misleading ads for sales. Freedom Harley is just that - freedom from the hassles, unknowledgeable and pushy sales people in departments. I have no issues when dealing with Freedom Harley. The parts and service department is great to work with and customer satisfaction is high priority. They get to know the customer and the bike you ride. Almost everyone has deep first hand knowledge because they have been long time riders and do not need to go from what they read or heard about... they live it and love the bikes like we do. Very infrequently something is not in stock, they are quick with receiving the product, notifying the customer and getting you scheduled quickly when needed. If you want to feel like part of a family or great group of people - come to Freedom Harley Davidson. No I do not work for them just realize a good thing when it is experienced and feel like it should be announced to others. Thanks Freedom Harley and keep up the great work!!!"

  • "I have a 1999 Harley Ultra classic with 75000 miles on it Rubber city did not want to work on it at all Freedom welcomed me to bring it to them well a few days Later I picked My Bike up they fixed what was wrong and told me of a recall on it here is the part that got me the recall was from 1999 but they found it for me ordered the parts and said they would call when they came in Great Service Dept."

  • "It all started when I was 16. Dad finally told me he'd co-sign on a Harley. Needless to say I was anxious, nervous, and well, simply overwhelmed. I noticed one bike in particular that caught my eye. Eric Greathouse was a very polite guy, a sales man at freedom. We told him the situation and he even proceeded to tell us to look around and make ourselves feel at home. Then, we packed up our things and went to Adventure Harley in dover. What a joke, as soon as I walked in it didn't feel like a family atmosphere anymore. The sales man kept trying to push bikes on me I didn't want or felt like I couldn't afford. After almost an hour and a half of frustration, dad drove me back up to see Eric. He made things very easy and allowed me to pick the bike I wanted, not the one that would make him an easy profit. Years later I'm almost 22 and just bought my third Harley, a 2015 project Rushmore Streetglide. I have never felt so at home with the friends I've made down at freedom. everyone there, and I mean everyone is excellent. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy. Great group of guys, and a great addition to the family. Thanks for everything guys, it really meant a lot. Have fun and ride safe."
